Hi, I just wanted to say a big THANKYOU for my recent claim I had to make because my son had damaged his phone. As I am a fairly new customer I wasn’t sure if I would be able to make a claim and to my surprise I was and I didn’t have to pay the excess which was brilliant. Everything was done promptly and my son only went without a phone for a week. I have been recommending you to all my friends and will continue. Keep up the good work

Tuesday, January 25th, 2011 iPhone 4
I have just upgraded my phone from the Nokia 5800 to the iPhone 4. I was really worried after reading reviews regarding battery life, reception problems etc however I have had the phone for about 6 weeks and had no problems at all. This is the best phone I have ever had by far!
The camera is outstanding and there are so many apps available and new ones being released daily it’s impossible to be bored… I only got the 16MB however it has more than enough memory even with all my music on there! I barely use my laptop anymore as my phone is more convenient.
The battery life is poor however the phone charges so quickly either by USB or Socket it’s not causing a problem what so ever.
The screen is nice and bright with a huge display and its touch screen is excellent unlike other touch screens where they occasionally stick.
I am so pleased I got this phone and have no negatives, just positives!
Tuesday, January 25th, 2011 HTC Desire HD
I the HTC Desire HD phone on Christmas Eve and was blown away by the sleekness and the features that is has. The battery is not great but it’s not as bad as people have been saying. Only negative are the earphones as they are uncomfortable but at the end of the day they are only earphones so just buy some from eBay for £3…
Its 4.3 inch quality display is amazing, the screen is huge! The HTC Sense is a great tool to update all your social networking accounts at the same time with just one tap. Another great thing about this phone is the Android Market; it has so many great apps that are free of charge. Highly recommended for anyone who wants an entertainment and networking phone.
Wednesday, January 19th, 2011 Nokia C6-01
I have just purchased a Nokia C6-01 and its brilliant… I have been waiting to get it for a while however had to wait for my previous contract to come to an end. I was torn between 3 phones, iPhone, Blackberry and Nokia, after reading reviews about the iPhone’s reception problems and Blackberry’s small buttons I went for the trusted Nokia and had no regrets! It has an amazing 8 Megapixel camera and HD Recorder. There are thousands of apps on the Ovi Store where you can get different things to keep you amused for ages. It also has Bluetooth unlike the iPhone which was essential to me as I don’t have many friends with an iPhone so we couldn’t share pictures. You can increase the memory with a microSD which is excellent. All in all I am really pleased that I got this phone over the others!

Monday, January 17th, 2011 Nokia N800
I am a big fan of the Nokia’s and have just got the Nokia N800 Internet Tablet. It has integrated Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity for accessing the Web whilst on the move and comes with an outstanding web browser. It also has a built-in Webcam, is more of a sleeker design, a fantastic screen, and very much improved performance. Other positives are VoIP support, instant messaging, an RSS news reader, a media player, and dual expansion slots. It’s a little disappointing that there is no PC synchronization but I am sure there must be away around this!!! The N800 does rely on Wi-Fi and Bluetooth for connectivity but I think this is the case with most smart phones nowadays. I think the Nokia N800 Internet Tablet is a nice, portable device for on-the-go Web browsing, and it has some well worthy upgrades. Good old Nokia wins again…
Monday, January 17th, 2011 BlackBerry Torch 9800
I have just upgraded from the 9700, to the torch, it has a bigger and better screen. It is very responsive with regards to the touch and takes brilliant pictures and videos. Its excellent having the keypad and also the touch screen as it makes navigating around the screen a lot easier and quicker. It also offers more options to do different things right there on the screen. The keypad I must say is extremely good to type with, much nicer than the 9700, you don’t have to press as hard with the torch unlike the 9700. This is a cracking looking phone, it’s not too big or heavy, it’s much the same size as the 9700 just a little bit thicker and better! The same as with all the BlackBerry’s the battery life is really good; it charges quickly and lasts for ages. Brilliant Phone!
Wednesday, January 12th, 2011 The HTC HD7 on o2
I was due to upgrade my phone with O2 and with all the different smart phones out at the moment it was really hard to choose. I eventually went for the HTC HD7, its fantastic. It took a little bit of getting used to but it’s the same as everything I guess! Its brilliant… it has Windows 7 which is far better than Safari like what’s on the iPhones and has a wicked 4.3inch widescreen, Dolby Sound technology, Hands free and HD video recording, what more do you want from a phone? As for watching movies and videos, browsing the web etc as it has a brilliant size screen and display. It has a 5 Megapixel auto-focus camera which is very important to me as I always need a camera with me to capture my 2 year old daughter and what’s better is that you can record videos in HD. This phone is perfect for if you’re like me and use your phone more than your PC as it even has Microsoft Office Mobile so you can view and edit all your documents, simply outstanding…
Wednesday, January 12th, 2011 Nexus S from Google
The Nexus S, what can I say other than fantastic, the phone is sleek, light, and extremely good looking. The two external buttons feel solid and responsive so you aren’t afraid to press them unlike a lot of the newer model phones! The screen is nice, bright, crisp and clear, and the colour is excellent. You are able to turn down the backing light which will saves some battery life yet it is still bright enough and easy to see. The sensitivity for the touch screen is excellent! Android 2.3 is brilliant, its super-fast, looks great, and is highly configurable. The Google apps are fantastic and the Sat Nav turns your phone into Sat Nav equivalent to a Tom Tom or such like… The phone speeds through any tasks no matter what it has running; it’s simply the best phone on the market at the moment.
I did have a little amount of trouble with Facebook as it is constantly running and accessing the net however; when I changed my contact sync preferences and turned off accounts syncing it was fine.
The battery life isn’t the best but what smartphone is nowadays? Compared to the iPhone 4 the battery is brilliant! You can’t forget that you are lighting up a nice sized, colourful 4” screen!! People have complained about the size of the memory being only a 16GB however this is enough to store Apps, Music, Videos, Pictures etc, please remember at the end of the day it is a Phone not an actual computer!! This is simply the best phone I have had in a long time so thank you.
