Thursday, February 3rd, 2011 Cheap Mobile Phone Insurance for the Sony Ericsson X8

I have just bought the Sony Ericsson Xperia X8 and needed insurance. I have never been one for wasting money insuring my handset until my last phone broke costing me hundreds of pounds!!!

I was advised by a friend to look around as I could insure my handset for cheaper than I think and she was right! I came across Mobile Phone Insurance Direct who insured my phone for half the price that was wanted from a phone company! It was really easy to set up, I didn’t need to speak to anyone and it’s just a rolling month contract so I’m not tied in to anything! Once I set it up I did have a few questions, gave them a call and the service received by the lady on the phone was excellent. My advice would be to give them a go before you spend fortunes with another company. Thank you Mobile Mobile Phone Insurance Direct!

I have just upgraded to the Nexus S from Google. I have only had it for a few days however I love it, it’s brilliant. My husband has the iPhone 4 but I much prefer this…

It looks good, has a nice size screen, a 5 megapixel camera with flash and even Bluetooth unlike the iPhones!!! I’m no wiz when it comes to all the latest technology however even I can use this phone fine. It’s simple to use, I have even managed to set up my email Lol. The battery is also good and to load internet pages is super quick. It’s easy to navigate around all the different features and the touch screen is perfect. Not too sensitive however you don’t need force either!

I would highly recommend this phone to anyone who wants a nice looking however shop around for the phone insurance… I found I could insure the handset for almost half the price at Mobile Phone Insurance Direct and it was so easy with no contract. Thank you

 My phone has been repaired and returned to me today, the repair and claim was carried out very quickly and I have been very impressed.

I have received my phone back today.
The phone arrived in excellent condition and I am pleased with the repair.
 
On the service received from the Fone Clinic
 
1. Fone Clinic allows you to track the phone on line as it goes through the repair process, this is a good idea.
2. The phone was repaired on the 15th November and sent into quality assurance.
3. The phone seemed to take a long time in this part of the process and was not sent back until the 17th November, so I am not sure why it took
    1 day to repair and 2 days in quality assurance?
4. The tracking number on the Fone Clinic website was incorrect; therefore I couldn’t track the phone in the Royal Mail system. Fone Clinic had a
    reference of WZ915199945GB, the actual reference when it arrived was WZ915199931GB.
 
All in all an excellent service by yourselves and Fone Clinic
 
Thank you very much I have already recommended your company to two friends and I will have no hesitation in recommending you again.
