I’ve had this phone for roughly 5 months and it has already broken (through fault of my own may I add), so I highly recommend that you take out the insurance as these phones aren’t very tough. I would advise that you surf the web as opposed to going via the network supplier as you can get it so much cheaper. I foundMobile Phone Insurance Direct the cheapest and when my phone broke they were brilliant. I pay £3.79 on a rolling month basis, no contract needed and when I contacted them to make a claim the level of service was outstanding. The casing was cracked where I dropped it and the play/pause button had come off, mobile phone insurance fixed it and sent it back to me like new. Thank you so much.

Monday, March 7th, 2011 HTC Desire HD
Had this phone on Orange for about a week, its really fast even when doing lots of things at once. The screen looks much better than the original desire. The camera is phenomenal. The phone is slightly bigger than the iPhone 4 which I had previously but this is due to having a bigger screen and less frame! The phones internet is brilliant, loads web pages very quickly and the videos and pictures look fantastic. The phone battery life is quite poor but how many smart phones these days have good battery life anyway? All in all the phone is great and highly recommended. Shop about for insurance though, I went online and found the cheapest insurance through mobile phone insurance direct.
