At Mobile Phone Insurance Direct.com, we realise that being without your phone can be difficult enough without battling against lengthy and complicated insurance paperwork. We have tried to make our claims procedure one of the simplest and quickest in the business, but at the same time fulfilling our anti-fraud requirements.

Here is a step-by-step guide of what you must do if you wish to make a claim:

  1. contact your mobile phone network
    Contact your mobile phone network immediately upon discovery of any theft in order to prevent unauthorised use.
  2. report to the local police
    Report the theft to the local police and obtain a crime reference number. This must be done within 24 hours of the discovery of the theft.
  3. notify us
    Notify us (within 48 hours of discovery of the theft/damage) of your claim by calling our dedicated Claims department on 01702 568 075 or email us direct. You will need to provide proof of purchase in order to validate your claim.
  4. successful approval
    Upon successful approval of your claim, we will send you a replacement handset within 48 hours.
