Mobile Phone Insurance Direct
Clear cover levels for phones
There are three cover levels, and the aim is simple: choose the one that fits how you use your phone. If you’re looking for iPhone insurance or Android cover, start with the essentials and then decide whether you need the extra protection. Essential covers accidental damage including cracked screens and liquid damage, as well as mechanical breakdown. Plus includes everything in Essential and adds theft cover, with airtime abuse cover up to £5,000 where it’s linked to theft. Premium includes everything in Plus and adds loss cover, with airtime abuse cover up to £10,000 where it’s linked to theft. Cover is subject to your policy terms, conditions, exclusions and your Schedule of Insurance. Cover applies only to the cover options shown on your Schedule of Insurance. You are responsible for deciding whether the policy is suitable for you.
If you’re comparing phone insurance, these are the main checks and exclusions to know.
